The RE engine will build customer profiles by using their transaction data such as VAS services used by the customer, subscription activation or renewal, etc..
The RE solution extracts and deciphers several data points collected for each user from several network nodes. Collected data points will then be analyzed and converted into meaningful patterns/trends about usage of each user, which in turn helps in generating a profile for each user.
Mahindra Comviva is the largest aggregator of music content (CRBT, true tones, audio streaming, full tracks and more).
