Mahindra Comviva’s Call Completion product suite comprises of products that ensure these incomplete calls are converted into new revenue streams for operators.
The suite comprises of the Voice SMS, Voice Call Completion, Visual Voice Mail, Notify Me and Missed Call Alerts. Missed Call Alerts notifies customers about the calls missed whilst they were not reachable through SMS. It also uses SMS to inform the calling party of the availability of the called party when they are reachable. The SMS sent to the calling party can also be modified by the end user. The number of mobile phones to which the missed call notification is sent to, can also be controlled.

Mahindra Comviva’s Call Signature is a customized message which is displayed during the call initiation stage (ringing) to either the calling or the called party. It can be used to set personal greetings to callers, to set status messages, to provide pre-call notifications and also for branding and advertisement.
Features like integration of Social media and Calendar will also help subscribers to automatically respond to the callers without responding to the calls themselves. This product caters to the youth segment and professionals, telemarketers and enterprise customers.
The Call Loan solution credits talk-time to a subscriber’s account as a loan. The solution is targeted at pre-paid subscribers who are unable to access a mobile recharge/top-up immediately. With the credited loan amount, the subscriber is able to make calls, send SMSs and use the relevant mobility service without recharging.
