Over the past 10 years, we have only grown from strength to strength. From merging with CellCloud Technologies in 2002 to acquiring Jataayu Software Limited, a leading player in the mobile Internet space, in 2007; from garnering investment from Sequoia Capital and Cisco Ventures in 2005 to being rebranded to Mahindra Comviva, with the acquisition of majority stake in the company by Tech Mahindra in 2013 – our constant evolution allows us to keep setting the wheels of change in motion.

In its first year of operation, Mahindra Comviva (Comviva Technologies Ltd) became an ISO 9001:2000 company and thereafter, moved on to acquire ISO 9001:2008 certification by DNV. Subsequently, Mahindra Comviva (Comviva Technologies Ltd) implemented and received certification for the de-facto international standard for Information Security – ISO 27001:2005 by BVQI. In July 2012, Mahindra Comviva(Comviva Technologies Ltd) achieved another significant milestone by acquiring the TL 9000 certification – a Quality Management System (QMS) created by QuEST Forum to meet the quality requirements of the worldwide telecommunications industry. .
